When was the last time your website or blog was down? I hope you don’t remember because it had been so long ago. A few weeks ago I was troubled by ‘nightmares.’ It first started when my blog was down for almost 24 hours.
I sent in a ticket to the support at the hosting service but it wasn’t any help. It took them ages to reply. Alright, I understand that they may be looking into the problem and I would greatly appreciate if they could send me a personal email (not those kind of auto-responses) to acknowledge that they received my email and that they were looking into the issue. And it would be great help for them to keep me update with the issue. That was the reason why some of you could not access my blog on two particular days.
I was very frustrated with them as that was the first issue with them; I have had similar issues with them before. And so I finally lost my patience with them and reacted very rudely to them. I admit I was at fault; no matter how frustrated and angry we are at someone, we must never be rude to the person. My sincere public apology.
Lesson learned. However, I was fortunate to have the support of the team from Wesourze Pte Ltd, Web Design. In fact we have been friends for 5-6 years now. They are a very dedicated team of guys who spent a lot of time and money getting themselves educated with the business and their business has been growing steadily over the years and with a lot of good testimonials and customers being referred to them by previous clients. Need I say more about their services?
I have my website hosted with them ever since I started 2 years ago but they were using other hosting service back then. Now they provide their own hosting service. They helped me to migrate my website to their own server a few weeks ago after the incident.
They have helped me a lot in my hosting and design issues. Whenever I have some issues with my site. I will always buzz them for help. And they have always walked the extra miles.
Just in case you are thinking, “is this a paid posting?” Sorry to disappoint you, this is not a paid posting; I don’t get anything from Wesourze Pte Ltd, Web Design. This is the simplest way I can think of, to thank them for the great help and service they rendered to me.

@ Dorothy, thank you. I have previously 1000+ people subscribing to my daily love quotation and then the hosting service required everyone to be double opted in and so I have to get everyone to reconfirm their subscription. I managed to get back about half of it. So I guessed it is not too bad.
